Borrowed Time: The Life Debt

Sam Lowe, the inheritor of the Lowe Ancient Scroll, possesses exceptional medical skills that allow him to extend people's lives. However, defying the natural order comes at a price, and they are destined to face consequences. His grandson, Will Lowe, despite his great potential, is burdened by the curse of an early death as a result. To prevent this fate, he requires numerous rare and costly medicinal ingredients to craft a life-saving pill—without it, he won't live past 30. When Sam treats patients, he has them sign an IOU, stipulating that they must repay him with a specific medicinal ingredient needed for the pill’s creation.
