A Mother's Crossroads

In her youth, Megan Young encounters the wrong man. Lured away by a scoundrel, she leaves home and becomes pregnant before marriage. After giving birth to a daughter, she is rejected by her mother-in-law, who gives her child to a madwoman at the hospital entrance.
